Privacy notice for partner applications and the free scan

Who we are

Dijitalcim is a digital reputation agency based in Bolu, Türkiye (Paşaköy Mah. D-100 Karayolu Cad. No: 8-16, A Blok 27, 14300 Bolu Merkez/Bolu). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you apply through the partner application form, we receive:

• your name, email address, agency name and website
• your country and, if you share them, your phone or WhatsApp number, how many clients you serve, the partner type you're interested in and your message
• your agreement to be contacted about the partner program
• the time of your submission and your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse

When you use the free Google review scan, we receive:

• the business name or Google Maps link you enter, and the scan results, which come from public Google data
• a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage, so scans from the same browser can be grouped together
• basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to run the scan and prevent abuse
• if you request a partner panel from the scan page: your name, email address, company, website, the business you scanned and your agreement to be contacted

Why we use it

To run the scans you ask for, prevent abuse, evaluate your application or request, and reply to you about the partner program. We don't use this information for anything else.

Where it is stored

Applications and panel requests are saved in a file on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and they arrive as an email in our company mailbox. Scans are run for us by the technology provider behind our scanning service, which processes the business you searched, the scan results and the technical data listed above. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing. Apart from the scanning provider and Cloudflare mentioned above, we don't pass it to third parties unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Applications and panel requests: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Scan records: as long as we need them to provide the scanning service; you can ask us to delete scans linked to you at any time.
