Is the scan really free?
Yes. Scanning is free and needs no login. If you become a partner, you pay $25 only for reviews that are actually removed. There is no setup fee or subscription.
Does "candidate" mean the review will be removed?
No. A candidate is a low-star review with written text that is worth checking against Google's policies. We report reviews that violate those policies through Google's official channels, and Google makes the final decision on each one.
Do you need access to the business's Google account?
No. We never ask for passwords or account access, for the scan or for removals.
Which businesses can I scan?
Any business with a public Google Maps profile, in any country. Reviews are shown in their original language.
What do you keep?
The business you searched and the scan results, which come from public Google data. If you fill in the form, we keep your name, email and company so we can reply. Details are in our privacy notice.
